What We Offer

At Social Footprints Disability Services Pty Ltd, our mission is to deliver compassionate, high-quality support to individuals living with disabilities, as well as their families and support networks. Our vision is to create a world where disability is not a barrier to experiencing all that life has to offer.

Our support workers are not only highly trained and experienced but also genuinely passionate about making a positive impact in the lives of our participants. We take great care in selecting team members who are trustworthy, empathetic, and committed to delivering the highest standard of care. Every service we provide is guided by the unique NDIS goals of each participant. At Social Footprints, we’re here to walk alongside you - every step of the way.

Assistant with Daily Living Skills

We support individuals with everyday tasks like household chores, personal hygiene, and routine planning to help build independence and confidence at home.

Community Access

We provide support to help individuals engage with their community, whether it’s attending social events, joining local activities, or running errands.

Group Outings

We organise fun and inclusive group outings, especially on weekends, giving participants the chance to socialise, explore new places, and enjoy shared experiences.

Supported Employment

Our support workers assist participants directly at their workplace, helping them build skills, stay on track, and thrive in their employment roles with confidence and independence.

Overnight Stay

We offer both active and inactive overnight support, ensuring participants feel safe, comfortable, and supported throughout the night, whether at home or during short-term stays.

Respite (STA)

Our Respite (STA) service provides participants with a supportive, comfortable place to stay, offering a refreshing change of scenery while giving families and carers a chance to recharge.
